    I have been taught how to apply Kinesiology tape for myself, she has supported me with learning how to do Manual Lymphatic drainage myself and I now feel very confident on all the techniques and tools that are required to manage my illness well.

    I was so relieved that I wouldn’t always feel how I had been feeling - sometimes in pain, often really uncomfortable. Lots of measurements were patiently taken and she explained the different treatments we could try. I was so heartened by the support she gave, both physically by carrying out massage and emotionally by the reassurance she provided.
